This dataset contains anonymized clinical, pathological, and treatment-related data from a retrospective cohort of women diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) treated at a tertiary cancer center (CAISM/UNICAMP, Brazil) between 2017 and 2023, with follow-up until June 2025. The dataset includes 184 patients who received carboplatin-containing neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by surgery and pathological evaluation of residual cancer burden (RCB). Variables comprise demographic characteristics (age, menopausal status), clinical staging (TNM), pathological features (histologic type, histologic grade, HER2 expression, and Ki-67 index), treatment-related data (neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimen, treatment completion, type of breast and axillary surgery, use of adjuvant capecitabine, and radiotherapy), and survival outcomes (disease-free survival and overall survival, including recurrence and death data). Ki-67 expression is reported as a continuous variable, expressed as the percentage of tumor cells with positive nuclear staining assessed by immunohistochemistry on pre-treatment biopsy samples. Data were collected from electronic medical records and institutional databases, recorded using REDCap, and exported to Excel for statistical analysis. All data were de-identified to ensure patient confidentiality and comply with ethical standards approved by the institutional review board. This dataset supports analyses of treatment response, prognostic factors, and survival outcomes in TNBC patients treated with platinum-based neoadjuvant chemotherapy in a real-world setting.
