Complete pipeline for identifying clinical subphenotypes in COVID-19 patients using the MIMIC-IV database resulting from the research “Unsupervised machine learning in the discovery of evolutionary profiles of COVID-19 in laboratory tests.” It covers data extraction, preprocessing, imputation of missing data, and clustering.
