Description
| The data present spreadsheets, tables and chromatograms related to the research data presented in the "related publications". Where they are presented development of alternative and sustainable processes for extraction and analysis of polyphenols in propolis samples, focusing on the green (Brazilian) and yellow (Portuguese) varieties, Among the data presented, the following stand out: the creation and application of an innovative and universal analysis method for propolis extracts, based on the UHPLC-PDA (Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography - Photo Diode Array) chromatographic system; the development and application of a new extraction solvent (Betaine: Citric Acid 1:2) as an alternative to ethanol; the development of a new extraction and analysis platform coupled in lines through the PLE-PDA (Pressurized Liquid Extraction - Photo Diode Array) system; and the creation of a new metric, Path2Green, to assess the sustainability of extraction processes from biomass and the production of a propolis-based biomembrane.
