This dataset contains data used in the development of a multi-objective optimization model applied to the Brazilian coffee production, trade, and consumption supply chain. The data were used to characterize coffee production and trade flows in Brazil, structure the production and distribution system considered in the model, and calculate economic, environmental, and social indicators used to assess sustainability alternatives. The dataset includes secondary data on coffee production and exports obtained from different Brazilian institutional sources, including Embrapa, IBGE, Comex, Conab, and Cecafé, covering different years and levels of geographic disaggregation. It also includes life cycle inventory data used to represent Brazilian coffee production and its distribution to the United States consumer market. In addition to the original data, the dataset contains tables and intermediate results generated during data processing and model development, including cost calculations, environmental impact estimates, and information used to construct the social performance indicator. These data were processed and organized to provide the parameters required for the formulation of the multi-objective optimization model. Life cycle inventory data were used to estimate environmental impacts associated with different stages of the supply chain, while economic and social data were used to construct the corresponding performance indicators. These indicators were subsequently integrated into the multi-objective optimization framework, allowing alternative configurations of the coffee supply chain to be evaluated across multiple dimensions of sustainability. The dataset is intended to provide transparency and support the reproducibility of the modeling procedures and results presented in the research. It may also support future studies on sustainability assessment, life cycle assessment, supply chain modeling, and multi-objective optimization applied to the coffee sector. (2025-12-09)
