Here is a multimodal dataset focused on metabolic and cardiovascular health, collected over a continuous 14-day period across both controlled environments (a laboratory at Unicamp) and free-living conditions (the participants' daily routines). This database integrates electrophysiological and hemodynamic signals, featuring Electrocardiogram (ECG) recordings measured in millivolts (mV), Heart Rate in beats per minute (BPM), and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) in milliseconds (ms). Concurrently, the metabolic profile is tracked using blood glucose readings in milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL), obtained continuously via the FreeStyle Libre sensor and intermittently with a capillary blood glucose meter. The physical and body composition characterization of the subjects includes body mass (kg), body fat percentage (%), and Body Mass Index ($kg/m^2$). Additionally, behavioral and lifestyle aspects are captured via raw motion signals (accelerometer and gyroscope), daily step counts (steps/day), and a relative stress scale from the Samsung Health ecosystem, as measured by Galaxy Watch 4 and 6 smartwatches. Finally, this entire data structure is unified by synchronized timestamps and enriched by manual contextual logs maintained by the participants, detailing fasting states, postprandial periods, and physical activity. Due to privacy and ethical considerations, only a portion of the dataset may be publicly available. Researchers interested in accessing the full dataset must contact the authors and submit a formal request, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and ethical standards. The PGD is made available here. (2026-06-12)
